The Coláiste Chill Mhantáin Parents' Association is the structure through which Parents/Guardians in Coláiste Chill Mhantáin can work together in partnership for the best possible educational experience for their children.
The Parents' Association committee members are elected by ballot to the Parents’ Council. These representatives are elected on a geographical basis from the school catchment areas (historical).
The staff of the school can elect one representative who is a full voting member of the Committee. This staff member also acts as liaison between the Parents’ Council and the school in order to facilitate the work of the Association. The Principal and/or Deputy(s) Principals are ex-officio members.
Meetings are held 5 times during the year
Elections to the Committee occur annually at the Annual General Meeting.(October)

The objectives of the Committee are three-fold:-
- to promote and foster co-operation between home and school
- to act in an advisory and consultative capacity in relation to the school
- to promote the education and general welfare interests of the pupils.
