On Tuesday CCM's golf season kicked off and the senior team today took part in the Irish Senior Schools Championship in Charlesland Golf Club, Greystones where 24 Leinster schools competed for 3 spots.
The CCM team was made up of Sean Coffey (6) with caddy Scott Sheridan, Sean Leonard (8) with caddy Fionn Luddy and Conor Leonard (8) with caddy Jack O'Neill who all played very well in difficult windy conditions. The three scores were combined and leaving the venue we were in second place but final results are still to be released.
Next week sees the senior league competition commences with the CCM team taking on East Glendalough in Blainroe in a fourball matchplay format. Thursday 11th October will be the turn of the Junior Team who will look to qualify in Woodbrook. Gold Club.
